We represent the architects of culture — actors, musicians, directors, and writers who don't just participate in the conversation, but define it.
Empire Agency operates across every creative discipline, connecting exceptional talent with the projects, brands, and platforms that shape the cultural moment.
A different
kind of
representation.
Founded in 2014, Empire Agency was built on a single conviction: that the most lasting careers are built on artistic integrity, not commercial expedience. We work with a deliberately curated roster — fewer clients, deeper relationships, longer view.
Our agents bring decades of combined experience across film, television, music, and publishing. We don't divide talent into verticals; we look for where disciplines intersect, and we engineer the unexpected. A novelist who becomes a showrunner. An actor who becomes a director. A musician who becomes a brand.
Empire operates from offices in Berlin and Paris.
